Product Introduction
TX2-10 is a full automatic compressed earth brick machine. It can produce two bricks in one cycle. The output reaches 8000 pieces per shift (8 hours).
Hydraulic pressure molding technology is adopted by TX2-10. So the brick machine has more stable and higher-efficiency working status and the bricks produced are of better quality, larger density and higher strength.
Our block moulds are made of 16# manganese steel. Besides the good raw material, Precise line cutting technology and 900 ℃ carburizing heat treatment technology are all adopted in the process of brick moulds production.It can produce many kinds of brick just by changing the mould.
